Here are some frequently asked questions and answers when it comes to new-hire headshot photography.

Our headshot station is fully equipped with a modern professional lighting setup and backdrop. A typical lighting setup for us includes 2-6 lights, each with its own modifier and one or more reflectors.
For our largest backdrop that can fit groups of 4-6 people, we suggest a space of 14ft wide x 15ft long.

For our smallest backdrop ideal for individuals, we suggest a space of 10ft wide x 15ft long.


That depends on the location of your new-hire event!

For new-hire events hosted at the company location, we would recommend a conference room or large break room

For new hire events hosted at a hotel, we would recommend locating us just before the entry to the main event room.

Yes! We are licensed and insured and can provide a COI (Certificate of Insurance) upon request.
As far as new-hire headshot customization goes, we typically allow input including the overall style and backdrop color. Some companies prefer a backdrop color that matches or compliments their internal branding.
