Coverage
While photographing conferences, we will aim to capture keynote speakers, speakers interacting with attendees, and small details that help add context and variety to our conference photography coverage. We will also mix in plenty of candid photos that capture authentic moments,
Convention photography is very similar to conference photography but with more of a focus on event attendees interacting. While photographing expos and tradeshows, we will focus on not only showcasing the entirety of the event but also vendors and their booths, featuring products and services.
Approach
When photographing conferences, we typically photograph with a long telephoto lens. This allows us to not only be discreet and respectful of speakers and attendees but to also capture genuine and authentic photos. We will position ourselves in locations that do not interfere with attendees but do provide the best angles that are free of foreground and background distractions.
Throughout the conference, we will photograph in a way that tells the story of your event, meaning that we will anticipate moments before they happen, photograph through the moment, and continue photographing after the moment for reaction photos.
Although we are typically discreet when photographing conferences, when asked for group photos, we will politely oblige.
Our aim is to photograph your conference in a true-to-life way, meaning that we will often use available light when possible to showcase the conference area in its natural form. By using professional photography equipment, we often do not require additional lighting, although sometimes we may employ our own lighting if absolutely required. Lighting may be required when the conference location is extremely dark.
Planning
Before your conference, we will coordinate with you to fully understand the event schedule, including important panels, keynote speeches, networking sessions, and group photos that you would like photographed. We will also scout the conference location when we deem it necessary to familiarize ourselves with ideal vantage points, lighting, and layout.
Pricing
We offer easy-to-understand event coverage pricing based on how long you would like us to document your conference and offer additional options including on-location headshots. Our weekday conference pricing starts at $595 for up to 2 hours of coverage which you will find very reasonable!

We will deliver your conference photos quickly and efficiently after your event, so you can put them to use! As event photographers, we offer a 7-day turnaround time for your photos, meaning you won't have to wait weeks or months to receive them.

It features plenty of exhibit halls, meeting rooms, and ballrooms, while also being very accessible in terms of parking. The location itself offers plenty of amenities including on-location Wifi, ramps for accessibility, and more.

UT Conference Center
The UT Conference Center located near the UT campus offers over 21,000 square feet of space which is surely enough for most conferences. Featured at the UT Conference Center you can find an atrium, a 4,200 square foot ballroom, a 2,100 square foot elegant space called the Stone Room, and a few additional suites and small meeting rooms.
