Complimentary on-location setup

Complimentary on-location setup is included for most events and sessions. Many photographers charge a fee to set up their equipment, we do not!

Lighting

Our lighting setup may consist of multiple strobes, light stands, and light modifiers. These may or may not be plugged into an outlet depending on the location and space available. If the location has a high amount of foot traffic, we will often choose a wireless setup to avoid tripping hazards. All of our lighting is triggered remotely from our camera systems. Sandbags or weights may also be used to secure our lighting set.

Backdrops

Backdrops typically require two light stands and a crossbar section to hold the backdrop itself. Sandbags or weights may also be used to secure the set.

Equipment Storage

Once our on-location setup is complete. We typically prefer to find a secure location to store our remaining equipment and equipment bags. We will always do our best to keep our clutter contained and to a minimum.

Additional Equipment

Additional equipment may include tripods, monopods, handcarts, and more.
