We understand that your images are important to you, they are to us as well! A big value that we offer our clients is that we will keep your final digital images safe for the duration of our time in business.

When you choose us as your Knoxville photographers, you can enjoy peace of mind that we will have your images 5 years from now with our lifetime image archival.

Although we advise all of our clients to always back up their delivered digital images, that doesn't always happen. We have had clients come back to us years after their event explaining their hard drive had died and all of their images are gone!

We were able to quickly deliver all of their images by an online gallery to them thanks to our lifetime image archival.

In the event that we decide to retire from our photography business, we may or may not offer the option for a full image buyout of all original files including the RAW files as we purge our hard drives and equipment. This event is many years down the road and still to be decided over. If we come to a conclusion regarding this matter, we will make sure to update this page.
