We do offer multi-day wedding photography coverage options that will cover larger and more experiential weddings. Typically, multi-day weddings feature recreational activities, experiences, and events for family and friends.
Experiences can include spa & wellness activities such as salt stone massage, deep tissue massage, yoga & meditation, and hair and nail care. Recreational activities can include golfing, clay shooting, horseback riding, boating, and hiking. Wedding-related events include rehearsal dinners and the day after brunch. Additional activities include wine tasting, cooking demonstrations, and more.
Planning a multi-day wedding is not for the faint of heart and we would simply recommend just investing in a wedding planner for peace of mind. A wedding planner will be able to design the perfect timeline over multiple days to ensure that you, your family, and your guests have an amazing experience.
Photography coverage of multi-day weddings is very comprehensive and we will work directly with a wedding planner to ensure everything runs smoothly. For multi-day wedding photography, clients typically book us to cover the entire week or weekends, documenting the key events. For accommodations, closer is better and we prefer being in the same location as the wedding party.
Throughout the week or weekend, we will photograph your key events and experiences as they naturally unfold, while also capturing some more formal photos at the proper moment. As we will be spending the majority of the day with you and your bridal party, you will notice very quickly that we will essentially blend, with your group calling us by our first names. This is not by accident, as we will intentionally build rapport with your bridal party so that everyone is comfortable while we are around!
Pricing for multi-day wedding photography is by custom quote and all-inclusive covering photography, products, travel, accommodations, food, and more. Any additional add-ons and expenses will be reflected on the final invoice.
